Claims & Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isnāt right, hereās how we can help.
NonāReturnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items markedĀ Open Box,Ā On Sale, orĀ Final Sale
- Products that have beenĀ assembled,Ā installed,Ā used, orĀ are missing original packaging
- Orders shippedĀ outside the contiguous United States
Cancellation Policy (Within 24 Hours of Purchase)
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no cost, provided they have not been processed for shipment.
Once an order is sent to the warehouse, it cannot be canceled as the merchandise is already committed for purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this email and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.
To cancel an order, email support@cabothouse.com with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellations of special orders are not permitted.
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to the Returns Policy.
Return Eligibility & Window
Eligible items may be returnedĀ within 14 days of receiptĀ for a refund of the merchandise price.
Returns are subject to aĀ 50% restocking feeĀ andĀ return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping fees areĀ nonārefundable.
Items must be inĀ new, unused conditionĀ withĀ all original packaging and materials. We are unable to process returns without original packaging.
How to Request a Return
EmailĀ support@cabothouse.comĀ withĀ all of the following information so we can assist quickly:
- Full name and contact information
- Order number
- Item name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that the item is unused and in original packaging
- Clear photos (product, packaging, any issue)
If your return is approved, weāll email instructions. Youāll need to ship the item(s) back withinĀ 5 business days of approval.
Refund Options
- Refund to original payment method, minus theĀ 50% restocking feeĀ andĀ return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping fees areĀ nonārefundable.
Claims for Damage, Defects, or Missing Parts
Inspect all items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery slip before signing. Write "damaged" next to affected items and take photos of the product, packaging (inside and out), and the shipping label.
Email the photos to support@cabothouse.comĀ or use the support contact form on our website within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not accept damaged items. The manufacturer will send replacement parts, and any redelivery costs will be covered. Spare parts and replacements are subject to availability and may take 4ā8 weeks to process.
Only items marked as damaged on the delivery slip are eligible for free repairs or replacements.
Items That Donāt Fit
Please ensure the dimensions of the furniture are suitable for your space before ordering. This is the responsibility of the customer to ensure items will not only fit in the room, but through the door, up the stairs, or in the elevator. Measurements are available on our website.Ā
Items returned due to sizing issues are subject to the Returns Policy. If an item fits your room but not through a doorway, we can connect you with a furniture technician for assembly/disassembly at an additional cost.
Variations in Color, Finish, and Material
Variations in wood grain, stone veining, leather texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects.
Colors may appear differently due to lighting conditions or monitor settings.
Distressed finishes may feature intentional marks or imperfections that are part of the design.

International & NonāContiguous U.S. Orders
Orders delivered outside the contiguous U.S. are consideredĀ final saleĀ and areĀ not eligible for returns.
